The unobstructed southwest exposure provides 13th Fairway views and all day sun on the decking and the pool area. For those who wish to stay out of the sun, there are many covered decks where you can take a siesta, read a book or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy the privacy of the 8-person hot tub located on a screened in porch. There is beautiful Adirondack furniture placed on the porches and decks. At night you will be treated to the incomparable Outer Banks sunsets.

Our home is just a short walk from the Hammocks community pool where children often enjoy socializing. These are just a few of the natural amenities that this home and area offers. 'Dragon Fly' is a good choice for your next beach vacation.

There is a 8' x 36' Private Lap Pool and our Hot Tub is located within a quiet screened in porch and seats 8 people. It is a very short walk to the community pool.

Inside there are 6 TVs (including a 50" recessed TV in Great Room), 4 VCRs, 4 DVDs, stereo with CD. Please bring your own laptop computer to use the high speed wireless Internet access. Bring your own IPOD and hook it up to the Bose Speaker System. We have a Ping Pong table in the garage. A gas fireplace is available during the off season.

There is a 3-burner stainless steel grill, outside shower, screened porch, picnic table and Adirondack deck furniture on all decks. An unlimited supply of LeBleu Water is provided. The family chef will enjoy the Espresso machine, coffee grinder, GE pancake griddle, wafflemaker, blender as well as an abundance of pots, pans and utensils. This kitchen is truly a "Chef's Delight".

No smoking is permitted inside, but smoking is permitted on the decks and patio with ashtrays provided. No Pets. Bedding: 3 King with brand new Deluxe Pillow Top Mattresses, 4 Bunks, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
